Return and Exchange Policy
Products ordered online are subject to a 7-day appreciation period. To apply for a return or exchange, the product must be kept intact. Products that have been drilled, painted, or processed will not be accepted for return or exchange.
For customized products and painted custom-made items, if a return or exchange is required, relevant fees will be charged based on the actual customization.
For example, when applying for a return of a painted product, the painting fee will be charged, and other refundable fees will be returned.
